Genuine fruit spirit produced in our distillery from A to Z. Quality fruit processed into fermentation honestly monitored fermentation process from the vigorous fermentation start to finishing fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The yeast is enriched with an enzyme for yield and quality and then distilled in state-of-the-art distillation equipment and then aged in oak barrels for at least 2 years. Our spirit has come such a long way to be bottled into this exceptional product.
